Need info on how to obtain DLL files and how to down load same

It is easy to download DLL files, is the same to download any type of
files (zip,exe,mp3...).
Commonly, you need an specific dll file when it is corrupted or
missed. If you can always back up the old dll file to recover if it is
needed.
There are several (a lot) of sites to download dll files and almost
have the dll files compresed in zip format, so do you need a
compression program like winzip, winrar, winace or the one that you
like (the download pages have links to download the compression
program). You must extract the dll file in the corresponding folder,
usually C:\windows\system, it depends on the dll file, the version of
windows that are you using and how do you have instaled windows.
