I'm trying to locate and order some specific vintage sewing patterns. 
I'm looking for pattern #7051 by Simplicity.  The pattern for a medium
(38-40) men's shirt is featured on this page:

I've already located & ordered patterns for sizes medium and large in
men's.  So, I'm looking for sizes small and x-large in men's and all
sizes in women's ... #7051 by Simplicity.

#7051 for a Size 16 Miss Blouse Sewing Pattern.

After further searching, I have located the following patterns:

Hmmm, yeah I just found those women's patterns on ebay.  Apparently
Simplicity re-used that number (7051) ... that confuses things a bit. 
I'm looking for the vintage #7051 patterns from circa 1975.  They are
western/cowboy-style shirts.  Both men's and women's of all sizes will
have the exact same artwork on the front of the package ( shown on
this website: http://www.grandmashouse.ws/patterns/VintageMens.html )
