Background:
I own and operate a small Toronto based IT firm with 4 full time
employees. We are interested in divesting ourselves of a number of our
ongoing network and technology support clients. Our clients are mainly
SME firms with between 15 40 employees. Currently support rates
billed out are 85/Hour and 105 / Hour overtime.
Our 5 main and active clients include: 4 law firms, and 1
manufacturing firm.
Technologies in use and roles played are:
Linux Firewall and NT/2000 server administration
Technology and security consulting
Limited basic tasks such as OS install and troubleshooting
We also have a number of contracts to resell and distribute firewall
and other security products.
Question:
Please provide a short list number of Candidates for either the
purchase of the entire firm and product line, or the transfer of
clients for approximately 15% of the first year revenue. We will
pursue and make contact with the firms directly.
Individual contractors or highly accredited students MAY be considered
but a skills assessment and service contract will be required.
