I cannot log into my Windows XP (Ver 5.1) computer. When I boot up my
computer and log into my account, the file dsyp32.exe has an error
(prompting to either Send error report or not send error report to
Microsoft) Hitting either button selection simply redisplays the
dialog box and I never successfully log into my computer. I *can* log
in under my guest account, but have no ability to get access to my
other programs associated with my user account and, more importantly,
my Email.

How can I create a new account having the ability to log in as a
"Guest" only and how can I make that new account access my original
information? OR how do I fix d3yp32.exe?
