We are upgrading from Netscape Communicator 4.79 to 6.23. In 4.79 I
use file/page setup to turn off the header and footer on our printed
pages. I cannot find this feature in 6.23. How do you turn off the
header and footer in Netscape 6.23?

musicman,

I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but you cannot turn off the
headers and footers in Netscape 6.2x. I have dug around in the help
files and prowled Netscape discussions to no avail - I've been told at
every turn that it's not supported.

To double check, I downloaded Netscape 7.0PR1, to see if they just
forgot to put that feature in the last release. Bingo! They did.

To regain the ability to turn off headers and footers, simply download
Netscape 7.0PR1:

Hope this helps!
