LOw Melt Fibres for Thermo bonded Felt Pads?

We are a Sri Lankan Company engaged in production of thermo bonded
felt pads using PP/PE bi-component fibres. ( Specification of Bi
Component - 4Denier, 51mm, melting temperature 130 deg C)In the
production process we mix recycled mixed textile fibre (mainly being
cotton) with the bicomponent fibre at the ratio of 80:20. We use Air
laying process to form the felt pad.

As the cost of bi-component fibre is increasing daily we require you to recommend;

i. any other substitute, should be in fibre form (i.e. PP, PE, HDPE,
LDPE, etc) which melt at low temperatures, Pls. note with our
machinery we can use only fibre form substitute. (not in pellets,
powder or liquid form)

ii. contact details of suppliers of such fibres. Especially the
suppliers in South East Asian region are preferred.
