We have recently installed Cisco CallManager Express. I need to find
some more information that our vendor couldn't provide.
1. is there any option to allow us monitor call activity, no. of
calls, duration of calls etc, for our telesales team.
2. are there any ways to connect a web based software package to the
product, to allow CTI to operate.
