we provide remote support and management of our customers networks,
and i am putting together two lists. 1. a shopping list of options
that they can choose from (backup checks, mail checks, virus updated
checks) and 2. a checklist for our engineers to work from. (server
event logs, firewall logs, backup logs).

I am hoping that there are a number of these lists available as a
template to allow us pick and choose and that someone can save me a
few hours of work.
