Can employer suggest to its employees that a union will physically
harm the employees if they do not pay their dues?

Are you really asking if it is legal to make this suggestion?
When you say "a union will physically harm the employees," do you mean
to say that member of the unions will physically assault those who do
not pay dues?
Does the employer have any real reason to believe that this would happen?
