I read through the research provided. Unfortunately, it really isn't
helpful. Only one of the pieces of land is actually in the park
cities, and unfortunately that piece is really "4 pieces" and will not
be sold as 1. As described in the original question, we are looking
to build "a residential home" i.e. one. Please continue to research
or let me know if there really isn't any good information on lots out
there.

I will continue to examine this. My source informed me these were
Park Cities properties. I will return with more information in the
next day or so.

Thanks,

My apologies; there was indeed a mix-up on the information I was given.

I've talked to a few sources since, and have discovered three
"insider" "hit-pocket" lots, which are lots that are not available on
the public market, sold privately (initially) through one exclusive
source. You'll want to move on these *very* quickly, as land can
disappear VERY fast in this area, and .5+ acres with nothing on them
is *extremely* rare.

Reference "Google Answers" when calling.

Tammy and her group are specialists in this locale and can also supply
you with listings of tear-down properties; properties with houses
ready to be torn-down or gutted, and sold for land-value only. This
may be another option.

Here is one public lot through the same group:

Again, please be sure to ask for any additional assistance you need.

Thank you,

I will give her a call; the one "public" link you gave was not in park
cities. will let you know if she has anything relevant. thank you.

Very strange! I will check again on that. I will await an update from you.

She said that this publicly listed property is "considered" in the
"general area" of the Park Cities, although it is technically slightly
north. She assured me, however, that the 3 properties she will
discuss with you are definitely within the Park Cities. Let me know
how it works out. Thanks.
