I am trying to discover whether a charter was issued (in the
1960's)for a non-for-profit group in New York State which would have
been known as the Springvale Senior Citizens' Club (or a closely
similar name); I know for a fact that a charter was issued in 1960 for
the Springvale Arts and Craft Club (or with a very similar name).
