I am still interested in doing this for you.  I have installed this
myself on my server (after upgrading from MT 2.61).

As for supplying the login details confidentially, the researchers at
Google Answers are forbidden to supply you with our email addresses
and I am unsure as to how you can supply the password details
securely.  In this instance I would recommend that you email the
Google Editors at answers-editors@google.com.  They may be able to
forward on the details to me.
