I've read an ad selling a program on "cd or cassette" that is titled
"Transforming Debt into Wealth: A proven system for Real Financial
Independnce". by John M. Cummuta It calims to teach you to pay off
all your even 30 year mortgages in 5-7 years. This sounds
unbelievable so I went to google to find discussion on newsgroups or
*reviews* of the material to see what other people objectively have to
say about it and have found nothing. The only web sites that I could
pull up were retail sites selling the product.

It's easy to pay off all your debt in 5 to 7 years. Make 6 times the
payments! Acutally, with interest savings, it's really only about 2.5
times the payments. Double up on your mortgage payment, consolodate
high interest debt into a low interest loan, cut up your credit cards
and live on a cash-only lifestyle.

That'll be 3 easy payments of $48.77, plus shipping, please. <grin>

Seriously, tho, I could not find any Usenet or mailing list discussion
about this audio book either. You may try a post or two to
misc.consumers.frugal-living.

The Motley Fool web site also has a lot of information on money
management and debt reduction, all for free.
