We are looking for the name, phone number, biography/resume, and email
of an expert in the design and manufacture of room air conditioners. 
A client of ours would like to interview this expert for 1-2 hours to
learn about the industry.  Of course, we will pay the expert for
his/her time.  We are asking Google Answers for help in finding
someone with these particular skills.

Ideally, the expert works for a major manufacturer or is affiliated
with an industry association.  The person is knowledgeable about
regulatory compliance and compliance with Underwriters Laboratories
standards.  Knowledge of UL 1699 is required.

Major manufacturers of room air conditioning units include Feders,
Friedrich, Samsung, Electrolux, LG, Whirlpool, and Harrier.   Room air
conditioners (e.g., window units) cool rooms, rather than the entire
home.

The expert must be able to answer the following questions: What are
the implications of regulatory compliance standards (particularly UL
1699) on the room air conditioner industry? On particular
manufacturers?
