Usher just did a teleconference with reporters across the county as a
prelude to his current tour.  A suggestion -- go to Google News and
type in his name.  You'll see articles from a variety of U.S.
newspapers:

That West Indian link is still missing.  And the Cleveland
Plain-Dealer says that he was born in Chattanooga (which may be
incorrect).

You may have a hard time with this one, as the link below indicates
that he was born in Dallas and has lived in Atlanta and now
Chattanooga.  The good news, VH1 is running a video of his life story
