I am looking for data that shows the growth in the usage of online
Personal Information Management tools (PIM) over time. PIM includes:
Electronic address books, electronic calendars, electronic task lists,
e-mail. For example, Palm pilots would represent a typical PIM tool.

Ideally, I would like to know what percentage of the population uses
PIM tools today (and yesterday and/or tomorrow). If this data cannot
be found, any other data that shows (with numbers) the growth in
usage/penetration would be interesting as well.
