Hello google researchers,
This is sort of a role reversal as I am asking you to provide me
with a current topic that is in legal dispute (meaning in a state of
development or flux or that has not been resolved yet on an
international scale) so that I may write a research paper on it.
I will give you the two general topics that I am interested in
and request that you take and refine these topics down to a more
specific controversy/topic that is a hot/lukewarm topic in current
events and that involves the interchange between business and law. It
can not be an issue that has already been adjudicated and/or resolved
such as, U.N. laws that are currently in effect and that are agreed
upon and accepted by host countries.
The two topics I have decided on are listed below. I have refined
them as much as my research skill have allowed me. I need these issues
shaved down to a more specific topic in the form of a subject/question/issue
that that is a currently brewing in the field of international
business and law. Just take these two subjects and file them down:
1. The Kyoto protocol, global warming, the issuing of credits to
international companies that regulate the amount of CO2 a company can
emit, buying and selling these credits among companies that need to
emit CO2 and companies that have chosen to reduce their emmisions
through alternative energy producing technologies, spurring growth in
new and innovative technologies for producing energy, laws that
regulate how many credits and how the credits can be bought sold
amongst international companies, etc...
2. The changes Greece has made in it's domestic security policy in
response to it's hosting of the Summer Olympics 2004, and any type of
way that this might tie in with Greece's industries/economy.
->In summation, I am not asking you to research these two topics and
provide an answer/discussion to/on them; that is what I want to do. I
am asking that you take the two topics I have listed above and provide
me with two
narrowed down and coherent topics that mix the fields of international
business and law in a current events context. So what I am asking is
for you to give me a question by finding some hot current topics that
fit into the mold of the above referenced fields and I'll write the
research paper.
Extra topics (variations of two subjects listed above) and sources so
that I may research the topic earn extra tips as does a prompt
response.
