but I am not sure...


I have an account there and once you log in, it returns .php
pages...but I am not sure which software they are using to run the
thing...

After reviewing their site, I must conclude that this site is running
PHP front end, with a MYSQL backend.

This is not a complex web site, not quite a blog either.

Handtops.com (my site) runs an informally titled app called 'blah blah
blah', it is a php/mysql backend with a few apache mod_rewrites for
cleaner and more secure url's. It's been sculpted over the course of a
few years as a personal project and as something that I use on other
sites to deploy sites quickly for projects that I'm interested in
(such as handtops). It is not available to the public. Doing so would
require an immense amount of time cleaning up code, adding comments,
making it easier to use, etc etc. When really, you could probably find
better elsewhere. I like the convenience of knowing exactly how
everything works and if something is broken, exactly where to look.
