what lab tests should be ordered if hypercoagulopathy is suspected?

would mean tests, predominantly blood tests, which are being done to
determine if an individual has 'thicker' blood than normal, i.e. blood
more prone to clotting than normal

what would be an algorithmic approach to lab testing when
hypercoagulopathy is suspected.
