Question ID: 387166
I have a Samsung 955DF Monitor that keeps resizing itself whenever I
turn on my computer! I have to use the bezel controls to return it to
its normal size, and this is getting to be a big pain. Also, the
monitor resizes itself whenever a bright object enters or leaves the
screen. Please help!

Here's my rig:

Is your monitor color ivory or black? Okay, only kidding...

I don't have any experience with this monitor, but a different monitor
I owned had a button you could push after adjusting it to save those
settings. Often advanced monitors adjust to the video coming into it,
and having settings for specific applications will go to different
saved settings. I didn't see anything in the manual to spell this out,
so maybe that isn't an option. Also, I saw a user comment on a
retailer site that said that there's accompanying software that can be
used to adjust the monitor via your PC rather than the monitor
buttons...so maybe that will offer some settings save.

Finally, Samsung offers e-mail support to its monitor division--though
many of us know that offering that may not actually bring a response.

Hope this helps you while you wait for a more educated answer. Good
luck finding the solution...
