Well, like most things in life, it depends on the case. Are you going
to making bulk amounts of t-shirts, or individual designs based on the
demand. My only experience with making shirts was in an 8th grade shop
class where we made designs on a computer and it printed out on this
special plastic paper [oximoron?] and then heated it on with an
oversized iron. I'm sure that's not the route you want to go, as it is
inefficient and extremely low quality. But I'm sure it's cheap!

Or you could open a shop at Yahoo! (http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com) or
Cafepress.com (http://www.cafepress.com).

And I'm sure there are many, many, many (how many times can I say many
to explain "how many"?) options I failed to mention. But from what I
know, the Yahoo! and Cafepress.com seem to be the more popular way to
start a business in selling T-Shirts if you don't feel like setting up
a factory in your house.

Well the plan is to make bukl but start with on demand.Or if not
create my own demand. As for making one for ironing on, well i don't
think in this instance it can work.As for the many ways that are there
well i am looking for a combination of lowest price per shirt with
good quality.
