my son 7 y. old loves star trek , next generation.  any idea about the
suitability of the vegas convention aug 2005 for that age. also what
would be the most beneficial special events to purchase - there was a
plethora of choices for 2004 i noticed.

ps  las vegas was just an assumption, open to suggestions if other
site might be better for my son,  i do not know if other conventions
pack a good punch.

by name. If it's OK with you, I'd like to open this question to other
Researchers. Although I've been to several Star Trek conventions (and
greatly enjoyed them all), I have never been to one in Las Vegas, and
without firsthand experience, I don't feel that I can speculate on the
suitability of the convention for a 7-year-old. The Trek conventions
that I've attended in the past were quite child-friendly, but Las
Vegas is a whole other universe in some ways.
