I need to find out the penalties for elder abuse - specifically
financial elder abuse - in the state of New Jersey. I'd also like to
have the actual statutes relating to elder abuse for New Jersey.

An addition: I am looking for the penalties AND the standards by which
abuse of an elder's finances are judged. I imagine both would be in
the statutes.
