You may want to check out www.cnczone.org The forum consists of DIYers who have built their own CNC machines. They can fabricate pretty much anything. If you are adament about getting this project done albeit you can contact someone on the forum about it. |

If you have a sample, or can lever a bit off elsewhere, clean it of paint and take it to a local timber merchant or builder's merchant with a mill for copying. In the UK, you'd be looking at a GBP 15 - 20 tool setup charge plus the cost of the wood. Owain |
