For someone who's never been in these cities, and who wants to
use Priceline.com. Using priceline's city area boundaries: which
areas contain the most enjoyable tourist-oriented hotels?

e.g. take a guide like Frommer's or Fodor's and their recommended
hotels, and map them out into Priceline's boundaries... What area
do you come up with as most recommended?
