This is the information I have been able to find.
Lyle C. (Skitch) Henderson, was indicted on 2nd July, 1974, on charges
of tax evasion. The matters related to 1969 - 1970. On 17th January,
1975, he was sentenced to 6 months in prison and fined $10,000 for
filing a false income tax return. He was granted bail pending a
possible appeal.
On 9th April, 1975, it was reported that he entered a minimum-security
Federal prison, Allenwood, Pennsylvania, on April 8, to begin his
sentence.
On 8th October, 1975, following a report of an accident in which he
was involved, it was reported he had been released August 4.
