I want a bluetooth acess point(minmium range of 100 m)to send
different contents like (Video clips or animated images)to mobile
telephones in area of 100 to 200 meters. Plus I want pc based
application  which will be used to connect this bluetooth device.This
application should be able to simultanously communicate with 5-15
mobile phones.I am a non technical guy so I need complete user guide
for access point and application.

arshabs-ga. Bluetooth is limited to 10 mW radio power which means in
an unobstructed space, you might get 100m range. 100-200m is really
pushing the limits for what you could get away with for Bluetooth.
Bear in mind that most hand-held Bluetooth devices like PDAs,
cellphones, USB dongles, etc., are only 1 mW output power and only
work reliably up to around 10 m.
