According to the schedule in my morning newspaper, the opening ceremonies are being rebroadcast on NBC's digital signal (in HDTV) all day today (Saturday). This signal is accessible to those with a digital TV set in most markets either over the air (with an appropriate antenna) or with a digital cable subscription. Presumably, it will also be available in some public places. |

Thanks Mark. I was hoping there would be something on an analog channel. I have basic Comcast CATV out of Phila (Philadelphia network affiliates) but I don't have HDTV (yet)or their extended channel line up, or digital service, as they call it at Comcast. I do have Dishnetwork, (Echostar) satellite. My local network channels come out of New York on the satellite. I subscribe to almost every channel that Dishnetwork has. |
