Thank you for an interesting question.  

I'll never forget the day my parents were informed a water well had
been discovered on the property they built their house on over 25
years prior.  :)

They sold the house to a famous baseball player (Willie Stargell) and
shortly after the Stargell family moved in they drilled for water and
found it on the first day!
