Hello, I need access to a meat supplier for chicken doner kebabs
*also called doner kebab,doener kebab,doner kebap,donair kebab, 
durum doner,gyro/gyros(yeero/yeeros),and Shawarma.

     If a supplier for the pre made, pre spiced cone shaped meat; made
to cook on a vertical skewer does not exists in NY or any where in The
United States then a regular chicken supplier in NY and methods to
making the cone shaped
meat myself...will do. preferable access to a demonstration video of
some sort on how to compress, spice, marinade, and shape the meat..
broken down, step by step.
     Also I need a good Duruem/Durum,fladerbrot/fladen bread reciepe
and/or supplier.
