I am looking for a download for the following progam it is a very
simple HTML EDITOR.

Please note the title is HTML DWARF it is freeware.

And not the recently released DWARF HTML.

HTML Dwarf 2.1.1 - The developer says it is a simple text based HTML
editor with some very good features. Some of these features include a
easy to use frame editor, table designer and background editor. You
can also quickly preview your html file with your default browser with
the click of a button.

it takes up to 48 hours for your account to be validated. But once
validated, you should be able to download this discontinued program at
