My wife and I are in a custody battle with her ex-husband a convicted
murderer, and the judge ACTUALLY ruled to give him custody!!!!  The
whole thing stinks and I would like to get background info on the
judge, ex-husband, and his attorney. This info will be used ONLY to
bring these crooks down.
Please help!

Do you want general information about how to conduct a background
search? I am sure that one of us can describe how to go about a
background search, but in almost all cases, background searches cost
money to perform.

Finally, most judges do not appreciate harrassment. Be *very* careful
that you do not cross the line and find yourself in court on this
issue. In fact, I think it is probably best that you consult a
competent attorney (fi you don't already have one) regarding the
specifics of your case.
