what is the nutritional content of the following ingrediens (raw and
uncooked-fresh).
More specifically, I am looking for information such as Energy, carbs,
fat, and protein for all the ingredients, and any available extra info
that may be available( e.g. vitamins, fibres if applicable).  the
answer can be in the form of a table. For example.. lettuce: ?g of
protein  per 100 grams..etc

The ingredients are:
beef
chicken
lamb
turkey
scallops
shrimp
fish
calamari
crawfish

Potatoes
carrots
cabbage
pineapple
broccoli
white onions
green onions
water chestnuts
tomatoes
snow peas
spinach

I have located an excellent database where you can enter any food, in
various forms (raw, cooked, canned frozen, etc.) and can obtain the
detailed nutrient content of the food.

Would access to this database intest you?

Here is one that you can use, It is one of the most complete in all
nutrients but not only in raw foods, you can select from the list of
raw foods to see the values
