Question ID: 388451
I would like to know how many new housing units (where a unit is one
Flat/Apartment/house for the private occupation of one
individual/family on a residential basis) are built in Spain (Mainland
plus islands) every year. I would like to know the most up to date
statistics available and would prefer to know the housing statistics
for every year in the last say 10 years but just the most recent year
would do. I do not speak spanish so a translation to English (if
necessary) would be preferred.

Hi David,

Thanks very much for this most useful document. I wish my Spanish was
half as good as your English. Can you tell me which of the tables in
the document will tell me how many new houses/apartments are built in
Spain per year?

Thanks again.

With kind regards

Hi Steve

Maybe you can help me now.

I?m working in an adv.agency in the UK, some months ago my CEO ask me
to do some research about European house tenure. (The purpose is to
feed the creative insights for our campaigns). My research work when
finished, at that stage, wasn?t very good (he told me that he was
happy enough with my work though). For personal reasons I would like
to improve that research even tough it is not really necessary by now

The following info would be still of my interest:

Have you any idea about how many Europeans live in apartments, or
flats, as opposed to living in terraced, semi detached or detached
houses.

It would be ideal if you could show me with some available resources
on -line regarding House Tenure by EU country- the percentage publicly
and privately owned, the percentage in houses versus apartments etc.

Probably you are familiar with this sort of info. This would be really
appreciated. Anyway do not worry about it if you can?t do it.Everybody
is busy I know.

Best regards
