Pie May) it.  It was used in a context of possibly a philosophy or
philosopher or a teaching of some sorts...

I'm not sure how to pronounce it, but Pei Mai is apparently a Kung Fu
master (played by Gordon Liu) in Kill Bill, Vol. 2:
