Please can you help me with this translation?

Here is the translation of that paragraph:

"By relocating the cubatures in height and opening the orthogonality
of the layout, the two independent houses finally merge into one
sculpture.
Solely the shell is supporting. This allows merged rooms in the ground
floor and flexible arrangement of the sleeping rooms in the upper
floor. Convertibility for later users is provided."
