I need to find a US source to buy 4-10 yards of this fabric:

To my knowledge, the fabric is not currently being milled- but sold at
walmart stores 2-3 years ago. It is medium weight cotton or
cotton-blend.

A credit will be given for finding a vabric very similar (remember,
print must be very small) but A researcher who finds this exact fabric
available in the requested quantity will recieve a $5.00 tip.

In it, there's an order form you can fill out.
If you send a piece of the fabric along, they'll find it.
You can even opt to allow a substitute.
