Called the 3d Circuit Court, they told me that anybody can file the
motion on my behalf. Called a few lawyers in the area - they are
charging a fortune just to take the paperwork to court. The court date
is set to August 19th. The civil court clerk number is (847) 818-2000;
the presiding judge number is (847) 818-2286. A qualified answer will
contain the verified contact names/phone numbers of individuals,
willing to do the filing for $150 - $200 PLUS any applicable court
fees. Please let me know if further clarification is necessary.

Do you not live in the same city/county as Rolling Meadows, IL?  Try
posting a brief version of your question/problem on the website
www.lawguru.com, where the questions are sorted according to what
state they come from (you would obviously post to the Illinois
section) and you are much more likely to receive a professional
response from a qualified attorney in that area willing to assist you
with your situation.  Of course you will need to talk or e-mail with
more than 1 attorney before you decide on the one who can be most
helpful to you and also reasonably priced in fees.  As an alternative
you may also want to visit the website www.martindale.com and find
attorney contact information in any state in the US.
