Talk about de ja vu... I have been trying to figure out how to do this
the past couple of weeks. Both Paint Shop Pro 7 and Photoshop 7 wont
let you save as ms-icon .ico. And I was just about to ask this exact
question if I couldn't figure it out within a couple days.

I had never really heard of or used IrfanView, but when I read this
post I immediatly downloaded it. Between the going to the site,
downloading the file, and installing it, it took less than one minute.
ONE MINUTE. I cant think of any other program that downloads that
seemlessly.

So, http://www.irfanview.com A+++ a must have web-utility
