I am trying to locate a video of an experiment conducted in 1969.  The
video (which  have seen and therefore know exists), was academic
research undertaken to see which managerial (leadership) style woud be
most effective.  I think the reearch was undertaken at Stanford
University.  The study existed of 3 ficticious companies "Balzer",
"Booker" and "Balance".  The video is usually refred to as the Blazer
Booker Balalnce video.  It is used by Hay, Hay/McBer to reinforce
thier work on Leadership Styles

I have been able to successfully locate your video, however, it is not
currently available for sale. The rights to video are exclusively
owned by Hay/McBer TRG. I spoke with a representative of the Hay
Group, and she informed me that the video is used as part of their
managerial training program and is not otherwise available. However,
she did recommend to check back with them again in the future as the
situation may change sometime down the road.
