Hi-
  I currently live in Washington D.C., and I have just been offered a
job in Philadelphia.  The catch is they need me to have a car, which I
presently don't have, and would only want for the duration of this
job.
   I'm getting paid $2200 per month (1100 every two weeks) before
taxes, but will not have to pay for housing.  I have roughly $700 that
I could spend right now on a car, although I'd prefer to have
something in the bank when I go to Philly.  Can you do a little
searching for me and make me three to four proposals of cars I could
buy/lease in the greater D.C. metro area that would be within my
budget, once insurance is included?
   I've looked at swapalease.com and I just haven't been too
successful, so I'm hoping to get help from a pro.
