Solano County, CA
Civil Complaint
Unlawful Detainer

I am filing against husband/wife who agreed to purchase my business
but never followed thru with an escrow. I am currently working on
getting them evicted, but I am having a problem with Solano County
Civil Courts with getting a sequence of events.
I have done the three day pay or quit
I have had the sheriff's try to serve Unlawful Detainer papers (evaded)
I had the judge sign an "Order to Post"
question...
do I have to have the person who Posts these papers on the door sign a
document stating such?
and do I have to file this document?
How long before the next step?
and what are those steps?
