Need to know the details of starting an eBusiness in Delaware. There
will be two partners and we would like to have it as an LLC to limit
personal financial exposure. One partner lives in Connecticut one
partner lives in Montreal Canada. We will both be working on the web
site and both be managing the venture equally. Operating expenses will
be paid by us both until the business becomes self sustained all
profits will be split 50/50 after expenses.

How do we start this LLC, how do we deal with the financial such as a
bank account, individual and federal taxes. How does the person living
in Montreal deal with there taxes? How does the person in Connecticut
deal with there taxes?
