Actually this has proven much more difficult than I imagined. I did
not find an address of Stevie Wonder?s agent, but I did discover
something perhaps more valuable. Stevie Wonder owns 102.3 FM KJLH, a
Los Angeles-area radio station where he is surprisingly quite active.

You may have some luck sending a letter to him at his radio station. I
doubt seriously that a telephone call would result in anything
positive, in fact, it will probably be quickly dismissed, but his fan
mail probably gets to him through there, or at the very least to one
of his handlers.
