Playlist and library compatibility between itunes (windows) and musicmatch

I was wondering what are the limitations, pros, cons of using iTunes
for windows to play, tag, and RIP audio. As compared to MusicMatch 9
for example, which I am currently using.

Are the playlists compatible?
Can it export playlists?
Can it export a batch of songs in a playlist as a folder full of AIF
or MP3s to be burned?
Can it sequentially name tracks (01 ? Get it on baby, 02 ? Get it on baby)?
Can it burn CDs, can it talk to PC cd-burners?

For serious tagging, I use TagScanner, but for day-to-day stuff I wish
I had better control them MusicMatch.

I?m mostly working with ripping audiobooks on cd, not so much music cds.

The song we have are shared by all the computers on our network. They
are on a makeshift fileserver we all have mounted as our M drive. The
nice thing about MusicMatch is that is has a Watch Folder feature.
When I add a album, and someone fires up their musicmatch on another
computer, it will find the new songs automatically.

Can iTunes do this? This is a awesome feature for home network or
small home office network for sharing am music library. I would hate
to lose it if we move to itunes. I know itunes has a sharing
function, but it doesn?t see to work as nice for someone in my
situation.

any thoughts?
