I know this is basic, and my stupidity is showing. Could someone tell me
what setting I need to change, to be able to print a web page without
losing two inches off the right edge.

I am using Outlook Express. My printer is an HP 970. I have already
tried the printer setting [adjust to fit paper in printer] which
didn't help.

I'm sorry, can you clarify a few things?

Is it a web page or an email message? Internet Explorer is for the
web. Outlook Express is for email.

What do you mean two inches are cut off? Do you mean the paper is
actually fully filled with text, etc. (except for margins), but the
text extends off the right side and so is cut off?

Web pages, and yes, it's Internet Explorer. The text runs off the
right edge, and several words are missing from the right side of every
line on the print. It is also cut off on print preview.
