I am connected to the Internet at home from a single Windows XP PC
that is connected via an ADSL router (which is connected to my phone
line).

I'm looking for a piece of software for that will keep track of the
total amount of data that travels into and out of my connection. 
Preferably with a graph and per hour/day/month stats etc.

What are the popular options/solutions for this?
