On my emails i can't click any attchments.What can i do to fix it?

Try and reinstall Outlook Express.

no need to reinstall outlook

outlook (express) by default will not allow you to open an attachement
for security. You can overide this by going to tools, options , click
on security tab and uncheck the line that say "do not allow
attachments to be opened...."
