While it is possible that one of the Researchers would find the name
of the athlete, it is quiet possible that various laws prevent us from
publishing the name of a minor victim of an accident. Would you like
to have it without the identity of the child?

Could you be refering to Tammy Crow?

"Olympic swimmer heading to jail

An Olympic Synchronized swimmer will head to jail after she competes
in the summer games.  Tammy Crow will serve 90 days for her role in a
car accident that killed a man from Fairport.  Shortly after Crow gets
back from Athens, she will begin her sentence.  Police say Crow lost
control of her SUV in February of 2003, killing Cody Tatro of
Fairport.  Tammy Crow pleaded "no contest" to vehicular manslaughter. 
She appealed the jail sentence, but last week, the appeal was
rejected.  Dave Lanning was Cody Tatro's football coach at Fairport. 
He now coaches at St. John Fisher College. Lanning remembers Tatro as
the team M.V.P in 1994, a player at the University of Maine, and then
a teacher in California.  There is a scholarship in Tatro's name at
Fairport High.  Tammy Crow will begin serving her sentence in
California October 25th."
