I daresay that the question is perhaps not so much underpriced as much as it is simply a difficult task, sometimes, to get specific pieces of information like that. Doubtless increasing the price of the question will help to encourage Researchers to attempt the question, but it may be the fact that the information is simply not readily available, or that the resources where that data may be found are not in the purview of your average Researcher. I think the question is worded pretty well; the one thing I might clarify is whether you want three vehicles in each price class, or three vehicles total (one in each price class).
